Terms of Service
The terms that govern your access to and use of Pulse.
Last updated: September 19, 2026
1. Agreement to terms
By creating an account or otherwise using Pulse ("we", "us", the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you're using Pulse on behalf of an organization, you're agreeing on that organization's behalf, and "you" refers to that organization.
2. Your account
You authenticate with Google, and you're responsible for activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access. You must be able to lawfully enter into this agreement to use Pulse.
3. Connected third-party data
Pulse connects to services you authorize — Google Analytics, Google Search Console, WooCommerce, and your own email recipients. You're responsible for having the right to connect those accounts and data sources to Pulse, and for complying with those services' own terms (including Google's API terms and, for email, applicable anti-spam law).
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Pulse to send unsolicited or unlawful email campaigns, or to any recipient who hasn't consented to receive them.
- Attempt to access another organization's data, or circumvent project-level access restrictions.
- Use the platform in a way that disrupts its operation or other customers' use of it.
- Reverse-engineer or resell the Service without our written permission.
5. AI-generated content
Pulse's insights and marketing agent features use AI models to summarize your data and draft content such as email copy. AI output can be inaccurate, and any action it drafts (like an email campaign) requires your explicit review and confirmation before it goes out — Pulse will never send, publish, or spend on your behalf without that confirmation. You're responsible for reviewing AI-drafted content before using it.
6. Your data
You own the data you connect to or upload into Pulse. You grant us the right to process it solely to provide and improve the Service for you. We don't sell your data or use it to train third-party models.
7. Availability and changes
Pulse is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify or discontinue features, and we'll make a reasonable effort to give notice of changes that meaningfully affect how you use the Service.
8. Termination
You may stop using Pulse and request deletion of your organization's data at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these Terms, including the acceptable-use rules above.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pulse is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including decisions made based on analytics data or AI-generated insights.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as Pulse evolves. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do, and for material changes we'll make a reasonable effort to notify account owners directly.
